Was the lead designer on a no-code solution that allows users to troubleshoot issues with their payment methods. Led the design of a new workflow that allows enterprise level accounts to manage their notifications across their organization. Worked closely with design, product, and engineering leadership to systematize page layouts in the Dashboard. Ran user studies with the research team and incorporated customer feedback as part of our launch strategy.

Taught GDES-210, a required introduction to typography course for design majors at AU. Planned, organized, and graded coursework for an 18-student class.
